Are you an organized planner who has everything planned beforehand but needs guidance on the day of your event? Maybe you already have help on the day of your event but need assistance with initial planning. Or are you looking for someone to do it all from beginning to end? We will do anything and everything you need to make sure your event is a success!
We offer assistance before the event with vendor contact and verification, timeline creation and send out, budget planning, print out design, invitations, RSVP management, decor layout plan, and access to your own customized planning guide.
Our day-of-coordinating services consist of decor set up and styling, guiding vendors, greeting guests, maintaining schedule, decor break down, plus anything else you need taken care of on the big day.
Additional fees apply to ALL private events:
$150 weekeday/ weeknight event fee
$250 outdoor event fee
Travel fee ($0.75 added for each additional mile traveled exceeding 50 total travel miles)
Hotel fee (for overnight stay if event location is 40 miles + away from home office)
Refundable deposit is required at time of contract signing and will be deducted from final balance
