Day-Of-Coordination

Are you the planning, DIY, or organized type who has everything under control before the wedding, but are wanting to sit back and watch all your months of planning fall into place on the big day? Then this is the package for you! Let us take over on the day-of so you don’t have to.
This package includes:​
- 2 coordinators on wedding day
- On-site presence from venue opening to last vendor departure on wedding day (up to 13 hours)
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
- Up to 50 total travel miles from home office
- Month-of-wedding final meeting
- Main point of contact for all vendors
- Venue layout creation + execution
- Detailed rehearsal & wedding day timeline creation + execution
- Management of vendor arrivals, setups, & gratuity distribution
- Floral bouquet/ corsage/ boutonniere distribution & pinning
- Coordination of ceremony processional & recessional lineup
- Detailed photo list organization + execution

Month-Of-Management

The 30 days before the wedding arrive quick and happen even quicker! And don't forget about those last-minute unexpected events that seem to always pop up during this timeframe. But not to worry, this is completely normal! We can take those things off your hands during this time. And as always, we will be there every step of the way on the big day!
