DAY-OF-COORDINATING

Are you the planning, DIY, or organized type who has everything under control before the wedding, but are wanting to sit back and watch everything fall into place on the big day? Then this is the package for you! Let us take over on the day-of so you don’t have to.
Up to 8 hours on wedding day (includes acting as point of contact for all vendors; implementing formal photo list schedule before and after ceremony; assisting with bouquet, boutonniere, and corsage distribution before the ceremony; coordination of ceremony processional & recessional; and maintaining reception flow & schedule)
Up to 2 hours on rehearsal day (includes introductions, announcements, hard copy itinerary distribution, coordination of ceremony & reception entrances/ exits, and rehearsal of any other items listed on itinerary)
Pre-wedding day duties (includes detailed rehearsal and wedding day timeline creation and execution; forming ceremony entrances/ exits lineup plan; and organization of detailed family and bridal party photo lists)
Month-of-wedding final appointment
Complementary consultation appointment
Up to 50 total travel miles from home office
1-2 coordinators on the wedding day (depending on size and location of wedding)
MONTH-OF-MANAGEMENT

The 30 days before the wedding arrive quick and happen even quicker! And don’t forget about those last-minute unexpected events that seem to always take place during this timeframe. But not to worry, this is completely normal! We can take those things off your hands during this time. And, of course, we will be there every step of the way on the big day!
Up to 12 hours on wedding day (includes table decor set up, styling, & breakdown plus the wedding day duties listed in the Day-Of-Coordinating package)
Up to 2 hours on rehearsal day (includes the same rehearsal day duties listed in the Day-Of-Coordinating package)

PARTIAL PLANNING

Have you started some initial planning but can’t seem to tie it all together or are getting overwhelmed with the remaining tasks? This is where our assistance comes in handy! We are ready to step in and complete what is left of your planning. As always, we will be there with you every step of the way on the wedding day!
